FAQ

Questions buyers ask.

Something else? Ask us directly

How much ice do I need?
Rough guide: restaurants about 1–1.5 kg per seat per day, bars about 1.5–2 kg per seat, hotels about 2.5 kg per room.
Air or water cooling?
Air cooling is simpler to install. Water cooling works better where the room is hot or poorly ventilated.
Do I need a water filter?
Yes, we recommend one on every machine. Filtered water gives clearer ice and less scale on the evaporator.
